Breaking Down Silos Through Off-Sites

A large multinational company approached us when senior managers were struggling to collaborate. Departments were operating in isolation, duplicating work, and trust was eroding.

We designed a two-day leadership off-site in a natural retreat setting — combining strategic workshops with energizing team-building activities inspired by sports psychology. The sessions focused on trust-building, clarifying roles, and aligning around shared goals.
